The Dean of Support Services is responsible for creating a vision for and properly executing an academic program that can support a diverse population of learners at KIPP Academy Boston. The Dean of Support Services will report to the Principal of KIPP or his/her designee, and work closely with the KIPP:MA Director of Student Supports.
The Managing Director of Operations is a critical member of operations at KIPP MA and is directly responsible for the effective implementation of operational systems at the school level as well as the integration of these systems across the KIPP MA network.
At KIPP Academy Lynn we are looking for a Behavioral Aide to help us serve students who need extra support in order to be successful. The Behavioral Aide will work closely with teachers, leaders, and families to meet the needs of our KIPPsters.
This position entails the teaching of Humanities (English and/or history). In addition, the person will be an advisor and fulfill all regular duties and commitments required of all CCSC faculty and staff. This position starts March 1, 2016 and lasts through the end of the current school year, with the possibility of continued employment in the 2016-2017 school year.
