They hold students accountable to meeting KAB’s behavioral expectations and demonstrating our school values at all times.
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role by supporting and maintaining effective HR & Compliance systems and policies while providing outstanding HR customer service to leaders and staff in our schools and regional office. Must have Masters degree in Education (or related field), Active MA Principal Licensure or Eligible for licensing, successful leadership in a senior admin position in a charter, public or private school, as a Head of School. (3 yrs. min) Proven success in classroom teaching experience. Preferred candidates: Demonstrated success in an urban education setting and are Bi-Lingual/Bi-Cultural (Hispanic)
