KIPP MA Safety Monitors ensure our students arrive at school on time and leave school safely every day. The Safety Monitors circulate the neighborhood during our arrival and dismissal times. They hold students accountable to meeting KAB’s behavioral expectations and demonstrating our school values at all times.
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role by supporting and maintaining effective HR & Compliance systems and policies while providing outstanding HR customer service to leaders and staff in our schools and regional office. As a member of the Regional Office Operations Team, the HR Coordinator reports to the Human Resources Generalist and works closely with other regional office and school-based staff.

Must have Masters degree in Education (or related field), Active MA Principal Licensure or Eligible for licensing, successful leadership in a senior admin position in a charter, public or private school, as a Head of School. (3 yrs. min) Proven success in classroom teaching experience. Preferred candidates: Demonstrated success in an urban education setting and are Bi-Lingual/Bi-Cultural (Hispanic)
