Reporting to the Director of Special Education and Student Support, the Special Education Coordinator will be responsible for embedding with the Special Education Team and coordinating special education processes to maximize the growth of students with exceptional learning needs, in compliance with state regulations.
The School Adjustment Counselor is responsible for supporting the social and emotional well being of all students in order to achieve academic success. The School Adjustment Counselor is a key member of the Student Support Team and works directly with the Assistant Principal to ensure a safe and positive school climate. The School Adjustment Counselor is a full time position and reports directly to the Health and Wellness Coordinator.
The Business Manager plays a central role on the BART leadership team, working closely with the Executive Director and Principal to implement a college-preparatory, standards-based curriculum in a safe, orderly environment. The position is a full-time, full-year position. The Business Manager reports directly to the Executive Director.
Learning Specialists at KIPP Massachusetts ensure that all our students are growing and achieving by providing students with a variety of supports. Learning Specialists typically work with students through inclusive teaching and small group pull outs.
