The ESL Specialist will be key to ensuring that KIPP Massachusetts serves its population of students well. The ESL Specialist will support students through small group teaching, inclusive teaching, and individual pull outs as needed.
Music Teachers will work directly with the Music Director and Lead Cello Instructor. Depending on experience and education, Music Teachers will lead or co-lead classes of 18 students. Salary is based on the level of experience and education.

KIPPMA’s Finance Manager of Accounting manages key accounting functions, including cash management, real estate transaction accounting, bank relationships, accounting system transaction entries, audit preparation, financial reporting, and other tasks that ensure timely and accurate completion of day-to-day, monthly, and annual accounting functions in accordance with KIPP standards and GAAP accounting requirements across KIPPMA’s multiple financial entities.
The Special Education Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Special Education Program at KIPP Academy Boston or Lynn is compliant with state and federal Special Education laws. The Special Education Coordinator will report to the Principal of KIPP or his/her designee, and work closely with the KIPP MA Director of Student Supports.
