The Dean of Students leads the school's efforts to create a safe and supportive school culture that helps nurture students' social/emotional growth and in support of an academic program with high expectations for all students. The Dean of Students must build strong relationships with students, families, and staff in their work to support students. They serve as the main school contact for parents in matters of discipline and attendance.
KIPP:MA Teaching Fellows are committed to learning the craft of teaching through professional development, coaching, and hands-on practice in KIPP:MA Schools. KIPP:MA Teaching Fellows are teaching and learning alongside a Lead Teacher, with the goal of becoming a KIPP:MA Lead Teacher in the next 1-2 years.

KIPP MA currently operates 5 schools in Massachusetts: an elementary school, middle school, and high school in Lynn and an elementary and middle school in Boston.
The Director of Special Programs oversees and manages the special education department, state compliance with special education laws, and all facets of student’s inclusion and specially designed instruction in classrooms at CCSC. This position includes oversight of the entire special education and ESL program, as well as the Title I program. The Director sits on the school’s administrative team. This is a 12-month position
This position entails the teaching of English Language Learners, which includes designing ESL curricula for and delivering direct instruction in small groups or 1-on-1, providing push-in or pull-out support for core subject area courses, and regular collaboration with core subject area teachers across various grades. This work is in service of supporting students at all language levels as the school prepares each for the requisite standardized exams and post-secondary success.
