To work with gifted and talented students in addition to the regularly assigned teacher and to work with regular teachers to build capacity in the use of differentiated instructional strategies for gifted and talented students. To aid in the aggregation, analysis, organization, and dissemination of assessment and data.
Primary responsibilities include intervention assistance to students performing below grade level. The RTI teacher will work with small, targeted groups of students in developing and delivering research-based strategies in addition to consistent progress monitoring.

The Director is responsible for a wide range of strategic, financial and administrative responsibilities including involvement with strategic planning; oversight of accounting, human resources budget design and management and fiscal forecasting.
