The official Massachusetts Charter Public School Listing, from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's site. It includes: Commonwealth Charter Schools, Horace Mann Charter Schools, a listing of Massachusetts Charter Public Schools on the Internet and a printable version of the Charter Public School List in PDF format.

Boston,Massachusetts Charter Public Schools Web site
There are 14 charter public schools in Boston. This Web site helps you find links to each one. It also offers basic information on charter schools, including charter demographics, performance on MCAS, and admission lotteries.

U. S. Charter School Web site
This site, an online learning community to serve and support charter public schools, was created in 1997 by WestEd, in partnership with the U.S. D.O.E. and the Charter Schools Development Center at California State University's Institute for Education Reform. The site provides a wide range of information and links to resources to guide charter public schools in every phase of their development--from start-up, to expansion, to renewal.

The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools
The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools is a nonprofit organization that works to increase the number of quality charter schools available to families, particularly low-income and minority families, by assisting charter school associations and resource centers, developing and advocating for improved public policies, and serving a voice for the charter movement. The Alliance also offers a free job board, matching professionals to jobs in schools and charter-related organizations.

National Resource Center on Charter School Finance and Governance (NRC)
The goal of the NRC is to improve charter school finance and governance. Their Web site includes: a clearinghouse (with links to research reports, toolkits, and charter organizations), as well as searchable databases of federal funding sources and promising practices. Established in 2006 with funding from the U.S. Department of Education, the NRC is a collaborative effort among WestEd, The Finance Project, and The Center on Educational Governance at the University of Southern California.

The Project for School Innovation
The Project for School Innovation (Dorchester, MA) brings educators together from charter public schools and district public schools to share their successes, address their challenges, and drive school change.

Community Partners Initiative (CPI)
Community Partners Initiative provides customized, user-friendly MCAS data reports (electronically and in resource binders) to hundreds of teachers and administrators throughout Massachusetts. They also deliver on-site training and support to help teachers and school leaders determine how to interpret and respond to the data.  In addition, CPI offers other individualized data analysis and support to different schools based on their needs.

Making Learning Visible (MLV)
MLV, a project of Harvard's Project Zero, "serves as a forum for educators and researchers to come together to explore the power of the group as a learning environment and the role of documentation in supporting and making visible individual and group learning." During the 2005-2006 school year, and with support from MA DOE dissemination funds, MCPSA collaborated with Conservatory Lab, MLV, and district schools.
