Providing Technical Assistance

MCPSA utilizes expertise from within and outside the charter public school community, helping our schools improve their academics, governance, and administration. We provide technical assistance by responding directly to questions asked by charter public school leaders, by referring school leaders to appropriate resources, and by arranging training opportunities and consultation aimed at meeting the stated needs of constituents.

Training is offered in a number of formats, based on needs and resources. MCPSA offers:

Workshops led by school leaders,
Workshops led by professionals contracted from outside the charter public school community,
School leader roundtables/facilitated discussions,
Conventions and institutes that also serve dissemination purposes,
Consultation by charter public school leaders.
